Tracy Harter
TREISI arose from the creativity and business acumen of designer Tracy Harter. After seeing a need in the marketplace for designer jewelry at prices within reach, she finally started to design and create what she and her friends wanted to wear. Since its initial small launch in the fall of 2008, stores and individuals have embraced her designs and continue to keep her on her toes!
Tracy was born in Oak Harbor, WA, and grew up in south Texas. After graduating from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX with an Economics degree, she moved to Washington DC to try her hand in corporate America. After a year of nonsense, she booked it down to Mexico and started the first of a line of successful business ventures. She is the owner of Brinson and Collins, one of the world’s largest cross design companies, and she also runs a successful Stocking Stuffer business with the motto “We are in the business of smiles on Christmas Morning.” (www.zazul.com) One of her favorite creations is THE KINDNESS PROJECT. Her taste for high end gifts, fashion, and design didn’t fit well with growing up on a seriously strict budget. However, this love of the finer things in life coupled with the great desire to find a bargain is the basis for all her successful ventures. She believes in providing beautiful and quality jewelry and gifts at amazingly attainable prices. Curious how she does it? When Tracy decided to design and make her own jewelry, she immediately decided to control all the design and production here in the United States. She wanted to be able to instantly switch gears and be ahead of all the design trends.
